Sometimes, you can feel as if something bad is about to happen for no apparent reason. It's as if you are about to have to do something, but you don't know what, when or where.
This sort of general anxiety or fear is usually generated by an unconscious response to the 'misuse' of the imagination and inability to be present. Basically, the 'back part' of the mind is getting the message from the imagination that something bad is going to happen in the future, and so creates a state of readiness in the mind and body to act upon the anxiety.
